Why has my license expired earlier?

Hi!

I bought a license on September 2021, however it seems to be expired now (License Manager Error -10). I'm not sure why, because it has not been a year since I started to use it. And a strange thing is that I cannot find previous licenses in my account.

Is there any way to see your previous orders? And why can the duration of the license last less then a year?
