convert .mat file into nifti

Hi all,

I have matfiles that are just arrays of small numbers. I want to convert them into nifti files. any suggesstion on how to do that? am i doing it correctly and am i supposed to choose t1? also is there a way to convert more that one file at at time?

To convert .mat file into NIFTI, you would first need to build a NIFTI structure from the 3D matrix, and then save the NIFTI structure.

Something like this:

nii_img = make_nii(t1);

save_nii(nii_img, 't1.nii');
