Can I convert 2D images into 3D ?

Hey I want to convert this image to 3d, I have the calibrate data but I don't know I to use it.

Can you elaborate more? Are you looking for adding the more slices in the z-direction (depth)?

Yes, I'm interested in getting z direction in the image. I need to know hat how much depth the track has.

It may be considered during image acquisition, just adding the slices/planes, having any sense (its not 3D)?
