Can't use two states as input to Kalman filter

I'm using the Kalman filter block to estimate states of a state space plant. I use 2 states, however when trying to input both states there is an error that the signal is not the correct dimensions 1x1. However, entering 2 states obviously that's not correct I followed exactly the example seen in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCaheDNVt_o.
