How to delete rows from matrix

I have an variable SP_U (.mat file attached),

I have finded SP_d by specific condition,

SP_d=SP_U(SP_U(:,2)<SP_U(:,3),:);

I want to delete rows containing SP_d from SP_U. Please help me.
