How can I plot this GPS/GNSS signal

I have the following equation and would like to plot it within MATLAB. How would I do this?

Did you see https://mathworks.com/help/satcom/ug/gps-waveform-generation.html? Though this does not model delay and doppler, it does show how to generate a GPS waveform using C/A-codes. The End-to-end legacy navigation receiver using C/A-code example does model delay and doppler too. Later demo is a much bigger example that models satellite signal based on satellites constellation and estimates receiver position based on this waveform.
