Can't use transfer function tf

Hello everyone,i have some homework to do that requires the transfer function and when i try using the tf in any way like with

s=tf(num,den) with everything defines it give me this error

Caught "std::exception" Exception message is:

Message Catalog was not loaded from the file. Please check file location, format or contents

i tried fopen and fclose all but i am new to this program i have no idea.
