Necessary Tools coming with MATLAP

While installing matlab it is adding too much tools...which are the essential files for a Phd student in biophysics to study optofluidics?

You won't need every toolbox, but it's also hard for us to say which ones you will need. Is there another PhD student in your program you could ask? Perhaps a professor or advisor?

Note that you can always add additional toolboxes later on using the Add-Ons Explorer, so you can start by just adding what you need now.

Perhaps start by installing what is in the MATLAB Student Suite license:
