How do I demagnify a help page?

This has happened a couple of times. I inadvertently click a key on my keyboard while a help page is open, and suddenly everything in the

page is greatly magnified. For example, here is a "snip" showing what has happened. Now, how do I undo this magnification??

Ctrl-Scroll Down will reduce the magnification

Just to clarify by "scroll down" I believe he meant the mouse wheel, not the down arrow key or the page down key.

Hold down the control key and roll the mouse wheel to change the magnification.

Actually that trick works with many, many Windows programs.
