How to make a loop correctly in stages

I'm trying to place these numerical values in the steps of a loop and it didn't turn out well, the software doesn't pick it up. Thanks for the helpers

I wrote down a range of values, if above these an error should be returned, but the prompt does not do this.

For example boundary conditions alpha>160 ,so I entered a value alpha=200 It does not return an error.

You used && which is "and". You only declare an error if all the conditions match. You should use

||

instead
