S-Parameters [Cartesian to Polar]

I would like to convert s-parameters of s2p file from a+bi to polar form and display it like

S11 S21 S12 S22

Coding to extract s-parameters from s2p file is as below:

data = read(rfdata.data,'n76038a.s2p'); freq = data.freq; s_params = extract(data,'S_PARAMETERS');

I would like to convert it to polar form. "[theta, rho] = cart2pol(real(s_params), imag(s_params));" does not give me as what i want.
