How can I read a 12 digit code in a grayscale image?

I am trying to read the code from the file that is attached. The image is not aligned, the number is not easy to read even by a human, ...

I was building a YOLO model to recognize them, but It might be easier and more accurate to apply some mask, use OCR or any other algorithm.

yes，sir，may be use YOLO to detect and classify，add some cnn process to classify the region image

if possible，can just use ctc net or crnn to make ocr model
