Compare all the signals from 2 data inspector or .mat files

I have 2 data inspector saved files. Each contains around 1700 signals. I want to compare each of the 1700 signals from both the data inspector files and observe them one by one depending on the name of signal i select. Can you please suggest the steps to be followed in such a case to compare each signal from the two data inspector files on the Data inspector API? I have searched a lot online, but am still to get a definite answer about the same. Please help

Additional ques: Can I filter the signals and observe only those which are different in both the data inspector files
