How to turn off MAT-file logging - option is greyed out

I am trying to optimize some code to be deployed to a processor board for testing. Running Code Generation Advisor, it suggests turning off MAT-file logging. When I click the link to take me there, I see what is shown below. I am unable to un-select MAT-file logging. Does anyone know why? Thanks.

Hi Jeremy,

The probable cause of "MAT-file logging" being greyed out is the choice of System Target File.

For enabling this parameter, go to Code generation -> System target file and choose a target different than "slrealtime.tlc". This should enable "MAT-file logging".
