GUIDE Missing items In UIPanel

I am missing some items in my UIPanel in the GUIDE it appears fine when running the application.
I tried using this tool http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/46581-r2014b-graphics-update-tools but it still does not show the missing items
