Is MATLAB COMPILER part of the Education license (Academic Use Individual) ?

Hello
When purchasing the Education license (US$250 per year), is the MATLAB COMPILER part of the purchase? Or in addition to the Educational license do we need to buy the MATLAB COMPILER?
Can anyone help me?
