How to seperate multiplot and to show graph in same window?

Nothing builtin at all -- you'll have to create each axis individually -- two aren't so bad; that's the old plotyy way where the two overlap entirely. Not sure what happens about layers when get more than two to have everything visible as in the above; never really tried...

Personally I find that distracting and wouldn't like it if the author presented the data like that. I'd rather have them all on the same plot but in different colors, or vertically stacked like stackedplot
If you insist, you can get the handle of each and see if you can move them by setting the 'Position' property so that they overlap.
Or maybe make one huge plot/axes control that is the size of the whole figure window and use the attached demo to inset the different plots within the largest, whole-figure plot.
