Fill empty cylinders in binary volume

Hello
I'm trying to fill empty cylinders in a binary 3d volume.:
load cylinders.mat
J = bwmorph3(OutputBinaryImage2,'fill');
But nothing seems to happen

I understand that you are attempting to fill a hollow 3D cylinder using the “bwmorph3” function. However, the current usage of the “bwmorph3” function with the ‘fill’ option is not effective for this, as it only sets the individual ‘off’ voxels which are surrounded by ‘on’ voxels in a 3-dimensional space. Hence, it does not work on a hollow cylinder where all the 'off' voxels inside the cylinder are adjacent to each other. Instead, you can use “imfill” function to achieve this.
Here's an example code snippet to fill a hollow cylinder:
filledVolume = imfill(HollowCylinder, 'holes');
