Create triangulated beam with meshgrid

Hello,

I'd like to create a triangulatyed beam just like shown in picture. I have tried to use meshgrid function, but I'm not able to make it work to get a desired result. The beam has dimensions 500x100x100 (X,Y,Z)

So far. I have created a mesh of X2,Y and Z coordinates in the following way:

x = 0:50:500;
y = 0:50:100;
z = 0:50:100;

[X,Y,Z]= meshgrid(x,y,z);

Now, how I need to perform triangulation and to plot data? The result doesn/t have to be identical to the attached picture, but it should be a recangular beam of dimensions 500x100x100.
