How to plot this equation of unit step function

I have plotted this equation by hand i just want to see how matlab plots it

y[n]= u[n-1]-u[n-2]-u[n-3]+u[n-4]

plz tell me how to write its code

It will not look like much of anything, seeing as the left side deals exclusively with "y" and the right side deals exclusively with "u".
