Image Classification with final output on an Android app

I intend to do a image classification task, starting from the image processing steps of isolating my region of interest ,to the resizing of images, to the training of model. Generating a native C code and integrating it would help in making an android app but i wanted to ask would i be able to take an input image from the camera of my andriod device (on which the app would ofcourse run) so that the image could get classifed by the image classification algorithm ?
