How to increase the clarity of a heat map? Or increase the interpolate point for drawing a heatmap?

Hi, I have a heat map as attached, is there any way I can raise the resolution of the heatmap? I heard from others that matlan can increase the interplote points when drawing the heat map, but I dont really know how, any helps would be fine! Thanks!.
I tried to use imagesc(imgaussfilt) but not realy helpful.

Read about imresize. Also have a look on interp2.
