Hi, Does anyone know if there is a Matlab support for the board Intel Galileo Gen 2?

No, the Intel Galileo Gen 2 board is not yet supported by MathWorks.

The currently supported arduino variants for Simulink and MATLAB Support packages are here and here respectively.
