What does the additional user created in MATLAB Web app server do?

In the doc page linked below, there is a line that states "The installation process creates a server user account with low privileges. This new account has read-only permission to the app folder created during the installation of the server." He also notices that a new user has been created in his Windows machine. Can the doc be elaborated a bit more on it to be more clear.

The user that is created by the WebAppServer installer is created so that the MATLAB Web App Server Windows service has a dedicated user to run as.

The user is deliberately setup with a few system privileges as possible to maintain security.  Specifically noted is that the user created as read-only rights to the location on disk where the MATLAB .ctf (application) files are stored.

The user can change who the service runs as to another Windows user if the application needs more access. If they choose to change the user, they should consult with their IT staff to make sure that the user being used is setup correctly.
