Calculation of Sway Jerk with Acclerometer data

Hi,

   I am using a tri-axial accelerometer to measure postural sway during quiet standing. I want to calculate the smoothness of the sway - sway jerk (according to the literature 'time derivation of acceleration'). I could not find matlab code anywhere for this particular variable. Could anyone help me if you have already worked on this, Thanks in advance
