Speaker dependent speech recognition

and I got some doubts in it.

1) In the speech-detection algorithm what would you type in the "DO SOMETHING' part

   % Do some analysis

        ...
        <DO _ SOMETHING>
        ...

2)How would you find the MFCC from LPC coefficients.
