If you have written your own NSGA-II algorithm in a MALTAB function file, for example, called nsga2.m, then you can replace this line

[x, aard] = fmincon(costfun, P0, [], [], [], [], lb, ub)

and insert your NSGA-II algorithm with this line:

[x, aard] = nsga2(costfun, param1, param2, param3, ...)
