Detecting R peaks in an ECG signal

Hello,
I am trying to create a function that detects R peaks in an ECG signal, having as input arguments the neighbourhood and the threshold. Can you help me out?

Guessing that some course instructor assigned this question, and also told the class about MATLAB Answers, in the same lecture. 😂
