Contrast stretch to bin file by parameters

Hey,

Im trying to make contrast stretch of .bin file that i have (array x on 1 dimension) by high and low precent of the image and make it to .png file.

For example: Take file that his type is .BIN file , take the top 2% higher , and 1% lower and stretch by this parameters and convert it to some image.

Are you able to import the "bin"-file? Note that "bin" is not an explicit file format. What does "array x on 1 dimension" mean? What exactly are the "top 2% higher , and 1% lower"? Higher and lower than what?

As in your other question I ask you, what "precent" is. Do you mean "percent"?
