How do i convert 2D matrices mat files into a csv file?

I have a dataset in data.mat file with 27 variables and each variable has different dimensions. I want to convert this data.mat file into csv file. Is it possible to have all variables in one csv file?

You can write a for loop to write all the data of these .mat files onto an .csv file.
