linearize a non linear system

Hello everyone,

I would like to perform a linearization of a mechanical system. In particular, I would like to linearize a multibody simscape model of a simple pendulum around an equilibrium configuration. How can I proceed?

One of the ways of linearization in Simulink environment is to use the right mouse button option after clicking on the block (a subsystem) to be linearized:

Linear Analysis -> Linearize Block that prompts Model Linearizer Advisor window, where one can simulate the block responses (time and freq domains) adn obtain Linearization Advisor suggestions.
