In the section "Model Settings" what do i have to select in the "Hardware board"? I'm trying to follow this guide https://it.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/px4/ref/hitl-simulink-plant-example.html but i'm not able to set properly the various settings to use that with pixhawk 6x

You can choose the 'PX4 Pixhawk Series' as the hardware board. Please ensure that you have completed the Hardware Setup screens by Choosing the 'My board not listed here' option. You can follow this documentation for more info. Although the documentation is about how to use Cube Orange by Choosing the 'My board not listed here' option, you should be able to do the same thing with Pixhawk 6x as well. Please note that there may be flash overflow issues with Pixhawk 6x while deployment, to resolve this you can consider manually removing unused modules from the cmake file. For example, if you are working with a multi-copter, you can consider removing fixed-wing controllers and related modules and vice-versa.

Pixhawk 6x can be used with AV Toolbox Support Package for PX4 Autopilots in R2022b and R2023a. Follow the steps mentioned here.
