Is there a way to convert .las file to .pcd type lidar file?

I have a bunch of .las lidar scans and I want to use maltab features like pc2scan/pctransform wtc. but it seems they dont work with .las file but rather with .pcd/.ply type files. is it possible to convert .las to those supported formats?

Pctransform() operates on pointCloud objects. The point clouds need to be extracted from the .las file. See LAS or LAZ file reader - MATLAB (mathworks.com) for how to extract point clouds from .las files.
