MATLAB installer quit after configuring Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable?

Hi for some reason my Matlab 2012b installation got corrupted and stopped working, Now when I amtrying to install a fresh copy of the same the installer is quiting after configuring Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. I have tried uninstalling all the MS Visual C++ as per the below

Also tried the below approach of Installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable manually

But it is not helping.
