¿Is it possible to run a Matlab code on a computer that does not have Matlab installed?

I am trying to find a method or several methods to run Matlab codes quickly on computers that do not have the program installed, I hope you can help me.

If you have a valid license and a good internet connection, one option is MATLAB Online. There are some limitations to that.

I'm aware of these options, each with their own downsides:
  • Matlab Online will be the most consistent
  • If you have Compiler, you can create an executable (which still needs the compiler runtime, but not full Matlab)
  • If you have Coder, you can generate C or C++ code and compile that to an executable. Not all functions are supported.
  • GNU Octave will be able to run most Matlab code. There are several drawbacks (which I will list in a post some day), but in general code that works on Matlab will run on Octave. They treat different results as a bug.
