Out of Memory during serialization- Simulink parameter estimation

Hello, I'm running a battery parameter estimation usisng simulink parameter estimation. But after few iterations, I'm having the Out of Memory during serialization error.
Note my computer has 32G RAM ,and I have at least 12G free space on my disk. Further I'm running this estimation in parallel option.
Can anyone help me fix this issue of give me some hints. Thanks
