How can I automatize a fixed analysis for each of 200 signals in order to do it in shorter time?

Hello, I should make the FFT of many CSV format signals . How can I automatize the procedure instead of upload each time each signal? I have like 200 signals and it should be much better to do it. Thank you a lot Bye
