MATLABからSimulink OnrampやSimscape Onrampを開く方法

R2022bを使用しており、MATLABからSimulinkやSimscape Onrampを開こうとすると、下記のようにウィンドウは表示されますが、一向に始まりません。対策方法をご教示下さい。

可能性の一つとして、セキュリティソフトやプロキシの干渉が考えらます。常駐しているようでしたら、一時的に OFF にして動作するか、お試しいただけないでしょうか？
