Before entering the loop after which the error message pops up, type
size(gamma)
size(sigma_g)
size(g_omega_q_k_q)
and check whether the second dimension of these arrays is really >= numel(B_inv) as required because of the following loop.

thak you but same problem persist on line 73

Did you fix the error with the arrays mentionned ? The second dimension of all these arrays is 1 in your code from above. And since I don't know how you modified the code, I cannot give you advice concerning the aforementionned new (or persistent) error.
I used the repmat function to replicate the values of gamma and sigma_g to match the size of g_omega_q_k_q
% Adjust dimensions of gamma and sigma_g
gamma = repmat(1 + 1i * omega_c * tau_1, numel(omega_p), 1);
sigma_g = repmat(qe^2 * n * v * tau / p, 1, numel(B_inv));
Like this ? "gamma" still has a wrong 2nd dimension and sigma_g has a wrong 1st dimension.

please any trick on that?
There is no trick. You have to know what you want to calculate.
I want to calculate for j_x and plot a 3D graph
