Can we conduct Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) or Processor-in-the-Loop (PIL) testing for the following configurations?
Using the STM32F103RB with the Simulink Coder Support Package for STMicroelectronics Nucleo Boards.
Utilizing the TM4C123G with the Embedded Coder Target for Energia.
Please note that if SIL testing is not feasible with the current Simulink packages, any suitable alternatives or workarounds would be appreciated."

Yes, SIL should be supported with these support packages for algorithm verification. Driver blocks will not be supported as they are hardware specific.
