Simulink ASCII decode block stopped working

I don't know if there was an update to Simulink recently, but my model which was working perfectly fine yesterday doesn't work anymore.

It now says :

An error occurred while running the simulation and the simulation was terminated

Caused by:

• Error reported by S-function 'slasciidecode' in 'datacx2out2/Communication/ASCII Decode': RS232 AsciiDecode: receive data error

This is the settings of the COM4 data and Ascii decode blocks, I changed nothing and it worked perfectly well yesterday :

It appear to be a problem with data alignment, but it was never a problem until today.

Adding a header solved the problem.
