The raspberry pi resource monitor app works well on the desktop, but not on the laptop.

It worked well on the desktop. I also understand the raspberry pi ssh connection well. If I connect with my laptop, I can accept the ip address and ID password well, but it has not been recognized since then. I also checked that the raspberry pie ssh connection doesn't cut off in the middle. Is there a possibility that there is an error in the installed app and it won't work? Or does the app need more resources?
(corrections)
I just noticed an error in the execution window.
Error in executing callback registered with ViewModel:
An error occurred during the following: raspi.resourcemonitor.HWResourceManagerClient/getRespForReq
Invalid or deleted object.
getRespForReq (raspi.resourcemonitor.HWResourceManagerClient)
Returns decoded json response for sender's request

Let's get started from the beginning. Can you successfully run the examples in the doc below?
If you run into any error, please leave whole error message in the comment or as a text file if too long.

I understand that you are facing issue with “Raspberry pi resource monitor” app installed on the laptop and the app worked on MATLAB Online.
If you can establish an SSH connection to your Raspberry Pi app from your laptop successfully but encounter issues with the resource monitor app after connecting, it's possible that there could be an error with the installed app, or it might require additional resources. Here are a few steps given for troubleshooting:
- Double-check that the resource monitor app is correctly installed on your Raspberry Pi. Ensure that you followed the installation instructions, and the dependencies are properly installed. You can refer to the below link for how to install Support Package for Raspberry Pi:
- Check if the resource monitor app has any specific hardware or software requirements that your Raspberry Pi might not meet. You can refer to the below video for more information on Raspberry Pi programming using Simulink:
- You can refer to the below documentation to understand how to troubleshoot connection issues with Raspberry Pi hardware.
I hope this helps!
