Why do I receive the following error:

MathWorks Licensing Error 99.
A licensing error occurred while trying to use <PRODUCTNAME>.

This FlexLM error does not occur when using MathWorks licenses. Please ensure that the user is using a MATLAB license file and that there are no license files in the "licenses" folders that belong to other software products not owned by MathWorks.
