I am working on my SVM tuning and I am wondering about what called "Points being Evaluated."

I am working on my SVM tuning and when I the code finished the tuning it give me plot as in the attached "Objective Function Model" I am wondering about what called "Points being Evaluated." it is with green points the system already finish evaluation so how it comes that these points keep being evaluating while it already finished? or maybe I understand it wrong, I hope if someone could explain it?.
