I have searched many times for the converter, but i could not find any solution. Can you tell me a solution for it.

No, except for some trivial code, you cannot convert C++ to Matlab.
But you can write a Mex-wrapper, which calls the original C++ code. Please search in the documentation for information about Mex files.
It is a strong signal, that you cannot find a converter in the net, isn't it?
