Can Math Lab dowload historical & Live prices data from Thonson Reuters Eikon?
Can MathLab and Trading Tool Box do Backtest of algo AlgoStrategies with historical data of Thonson Reuters Eikon?
Can send MathLab (Trading Tool Box) send BUY/SELL orders management to Thonson Reuters Eikon?

  1. MATLAB currently supports Thomson Reuters Eikon in Datafeed Toolbox, which allows you to obtain market data from Thomson Reuters Eikon. You can see more details of supported data provider s here
  2. You can use MATLAB to backtest algo trading strategy (see webinar here)
  3. No, you can't use MATLAB with Trading Toolbox to send order to Thomson Reuters Eikon. However, you can send orders through other systems .
