How to plot power law frequency spectrum?

Hello friends,

I want to plot power law frequency spectrum for the turbulence intensity data as attached.

So far I understand it should be plotted in log-log scale, it may look like this profile as attached herewith.

If someone knows how to code the same, please let me know the same.

Type, doc loglog on your command line and you will get all of the documentation there for making a loglog plot, can also Google MATLAB loglog
