The error message indicates a system-related issue caused by an anti-virus program. The files listed in the error message are located in the system's temp folder, and the anti-virus is preventing access to this directory.
This issue was resolved in R2017a.
If you are using an older release, here are some workarounds that might solve the issue:
  1. Try disabling the anti-virus to see if the problem persists. Alternatively, disable the anti-virus for the 'C:\Temp\Polyspace' folder only.
  2. Use a different temp folder by using the option -tmp-dir-in-results-dir. When this option is set, the temporary folder will be located in the results directory instead of the system-defined temp folder.
For more information, refer to this documentation link:
In the Polyspace UI, this option can be set in the 'Other' field under the 'Advanced Settings' section of the configuration pane.
If the problem occurs with a version prior to R2017a, please contact technical support and attach the Polyspace analysis log file found in the results folder.
