Estimation of parameters of a 6 system of ODE

I have a system of 6 differential equations, which includes the susceptible humans, exposed humans, infected humans, recovered humans, susceptible rodents and infected rodents. I also have data on Infected humans, Death humans and recovered humans. Please, I need MATLAB code to write a program that will help me to estimate the parameters.

What variables are represented by your cases 1, 2, and 3? Please use descriptive variable names. With no comments or explanations, it's hard to decypher an alphabet soup.
