plot between nodes vs membrane potential for network of discrete neuron

I want to plot graph between nodes vs membrane potential for a network of discrete neuron in ring-star topology and i am not able to understand the algorithm to plot the graph.

Like i have i discrerte izhikevich neuron model and i want to plot the graph between nodes vs membrane potential for the network of izhikevich under ring-star topoogy. Please help me to understand the algorithm to plot.
